How to make Paneer Masala

Try Sparsh Masala for Paneer Masala 

  • 1 tsp Sparsh Jeera Powder
  • 20 cubes Paneer
  • ½ tsp Sparsh Chilli Powder
  • ¼ tsp Sparsh Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Sparsh Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Ghee / Clarified Butter
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp Sparsh Kasuri Methi (crushed)
  • 2 tbsp Coriander (finely chopped)

How to make Paneer Masala Recipe

  • Firstly, in a large bowl take 20 cubes of paneer.
  • Add ½ tsp Sparsh Chilli Powder, ¼ tsp Sparsh Turmeric, ¼ tsp Sparsh Garam Masala, 1 tsp Sparsh Ginger Garlic Paste, mix well, and marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Now heat 1 tbsp ghee, place all the marinated Paneer on the pan and cook well on all sides.
  • In a large skillet pan heat 2 tbsp ghee and 2 tbsp oil. Add bay leaf and Sparsh Ginger Garlic paste and saute until aromatic.
  • Now add 1 cup of Tomato Puree and mix well on low flame. 
  • Later add 1 tsp Sparsh Jeera Powder, ¼ tsp Sparsh Chilli Powder, and ¼ tsp Sparsh Turmeric Powder and mix well.
  • Mix all the ingredients and add water according to the desired consistency.
  • Add the sauteed Paneer.
  • Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until the flavor is absorbed. 
  • Garnish with crushed Sparsh Kasuri Methi and Coriander.
  • Mix well and serve hot with any Indian Bread.
